Our summer courses are offered in an accelerated format. Students will complete the full classroom portion of the course in 4 days.
After completing the classroom instruction and passing the permit test, students will receive their certificate and become eligible to obtain their learner’s permit at the DPS.
Behind-the-wheel driving lessons are scheduled separately and will begin after the student receives their permit. Driving sessions are scheduled based on instructor availability.
Minimum Class Size:
Wharton County Driving Academy requires a minimum of 4 students per class. If the minimum is not met, students will be automatically moved to the next available class session.
Please review our driving school enrollment agreement before registering. This agreement must be signed before the first day of class.
